A degree in engineering management prepares you for a wide range of career paths and opportunities in project management and supervision, product development, production planning and processes, engineering design and manufacturing, technical sales and marketing, and a wide spectrum of other positions in practically any industry.
Engineering management professionals understand the practice and concepts of engineering, and they know how to build and manage teams to address the engineering challenges of today.
Our engineering management program combines the study of engineering with courses from Gonzaga’s School of Business Administration. You’ll receive a broad engineering education while developing leadership, project management, and fundamental business skills to solve problems, meet deadlines and manage budgets and resources. You’ll grow your technical knowledge as well as your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Our program is offered in conjunction with the School of Business Administration and provides a business minor.
Engineering Management majors have a unique opportunity to earn Gonzaga's Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with one additional calendar year - two degrees in five years!
