Sean Joy (he/him/his)
Interim Director
Sean is from Illinois and has been at Gonzaga for four years. He has a BHS in Occupational Sciences and a MEd in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri. He is currently taking classes in the Doctoral Program in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga.
Erica Ramos-Thompson (she/her/ella)
Case Manager
Erica is from California and has been at Gonzaga since 2018. She earned her Bachelor's of Arts in Peace Studies and Spanish. She is currently taking classes in the Master’s program in Communication & Leadership Studies at Gonzaga.
Chad Little (he/him/his)
Case Manager
Chad is from Texas and has been at Gonzaga for nearly two and a half years. He has a Bachelors in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement. He also has a Masters in Social Work and is currently a Texas Licensed Master Social Worker. He is presently pursuing post-bac classes to apply and get into medical school.
James Hiers (he/him/his)
Case Manager
James has a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio and completed his graduate work at Gonzaga University in Community Counseling.
Taylor Kirschenmann (She/Her/Hers)
Case Management Graduate Assistant
Taylor was born and raised in Washington state. She has been in Spokane and at Gonzaga for over seven years! Taylor has a BA in Psychology with a Business minor from GU and is currently taking classes for her MA in School Counseling at GU.
